Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bluezoomies.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
